This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on the website operated by Dilipverse Innovation OPC Private Limited. We deal in fresh agricultural and organic products, and therefore certain limitations apply to cancellations and refunds.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been packed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
  • To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately after placing the order.

Non-Cancellable Items

Due to the nature of perishable and agricultural goods, the following items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once dispatched:

  • Fresh vegetables and fruits
  • Perishable food items
  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable”

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Product missing from the order

Any refund request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos as proof.

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to availability.
